Common questions

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected]. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Someday version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, API keys, Gmail message contents, or other sensitive material unless it is necessary to explain the issue.

My article is still preparing

Long articles and PDFs can take time, especially the first time Someday prepares its on-device voice model. Keep Someday open or return later; queued work and recovery checkpoints are retained locally.

The article could not be extracted

Some pages are login-gated, paywalled, mostly navigation, or unsupported. Try sharing the rendered page from Safari, or import a local PDF instead. YouTube URLs are not supported.

There is no AI-provider key

Article and PDF imports, focused reading, local cleanup, and standard on-device narration remain useful without an AI key. Optional AI enhancement requires a user-provided key for the selected provider.

How do I remove my data?

Delete individual items from the Library, choose Delete library & listening data in Settings, or delete Someday from your iPhone. Disconnect optional Gmail and clear provider keys from Settings. Someday has no server-side Library database, so the developer cannot delete local Library data remotely.

How do I request access or correction?

Email [email protected]. Someday does not hold a user account or server-side Library, but we will review requests about support correspondence or other information we actually hold.
